ATM Enterprises Pty Ltd specializes in the design, test and installation of Roll Over Protection Structures (ROPS)
& Falling Object Protection Structures (FOPS) utilized in the mining & construction sectors in accordance with Australian Standards AS2294
& AS1636 as well as ISO standards specific to particular equipment not covered in the Australian Standards such as Hydraulic Excavators.
In recent years our emphasis has been in developing new ROPS designs and concepts applicable to on-highway type vehicles being utilized in mine service support roles such as water & service trucks. ATM now has an extensive collection of tested models supported by the relevant test data. To maintain our high standards in addition to our commitment to continuous improvement and satisfying customer requirements, the company has developed a quality management system in accordance with ISO9001:2000. All employees and subcontractors are fully aware of their responsibilities within the system and are regularly updated with new procedures and product training as well as undertaking annual tests to ensure compliancy with the required manufacturing standards. Although the company was founded and operates from Western Australia ATM ROPS & FOPS are in use throughout the country in all major mining activities. We have/are established/ing partnerships with other firms with the same commitment as ours and a reputation of providing first class service at a fair price in each state to represent and install our products. Additionally, as we are a recognised manufacturer of ROPS & FOPS we are able to offer a certified repair service and recertification to the appropriate standard. If a ROPS has been involved in an incident that has resulted in ‘discernable deformation’ of the structure, the damaged structure shall not be reused. However, repairs may be carried out to damaged structures providing it reaches the satisfaction of the manufacturer or approved representative of the manufacturer and is certified by a person experienced in the design of ROPS. In addition, the repairer must attach a label with company details and a statement that the repairs have been carried out. FOPS need not be repaired if it shows only minor damage resulting from a falling object. On more heavily damaged FOPS, repairs may be carried out to meet the manufacturer’s standards. |
